Last time we were talking about the O2 Nail Polish Remover I've received from Beauty & Trends, so today it's time for some colour with the beautiful nail polishes you can see in the pic above. The O2 collection has a special formula that allows oxygen to penetrate in the nail bed the 30% more than regular polishes.
But let's see them better here:

La volta scorsa si parlava del Solvente O2 che ho ricevuto da Beauty &Trends, quindi oggi è la volta di un po' di colore con gli splendidi smalti della foto sopra. La linea O2 è particolarmente innovativa in quanto la formulazione permette all'ossigeno di penetrare nell'unghia per il 30% in più rispetto agli smalti classici.

036 is a bright red creme, it seems to me slightly cold toned
468 is a brigh orange creme, very summery
087 is a foil pink
442 is a light blue with silver shimmer

This is 036, isn't it gorgeous? A really super red! Great coverage and shine: here you see 2 thin coats and no top coat!

Questo è lo 036, non è magnifico? Un super rosso! Ottima coprenza e brillantezza: qui lo vedete in 2 passate sottili e senza top coat!




This is 468. a very summery orange! Summer is coming, andthis colour puts me in the mood.

Questo è il 468, un arancio davvero estivo! L'estate sta arrivando e questo colore mette subito nel mood!


This is 087, a metallic bright pink, I've used it recently in one of our Patterns: HERE.

Questo è 087, un rosa acceso metallizzato, l'ho usato di recente per una delle nostre Pattern: QUI.

And last but not least, the 442! A tealish light blue with a hint of turquoise shimmer, that you can see enlarging the second pic. Unfortunately at the time I've swatched it, the weather was awful and the pics do not give it justice.
Now I want to use it as a nail art base ^_^

E ultimo ma non ultimo il 442! Un azzurro vagamente teal con shimmer turchesi, che potete vedere ingrandendo la seconda immagine. Sfortunatamente quando ho swatchato questo colore, il tempo era pessimo e le foto non gli rendono giustizia.
Mi riservo di provarlo come base per una nail art ^_^

Quite weird and particular don't you think?
I've chosen to revisit both the base, choosing a different pink to try one of the gorgeous Depend nail polishes (which you'll soon see in details here on the blog), and also the dots, that I've made using the stamping technique.

Ebbene io ho voluto rivedere sia la base, optando per un rosa diverso, per provare uno dei miei splendidi Depend O2 (che vedrete presto sul blog in maniera più dettagliata), sia i pallini, che ho realizzato con la tecnica dello stamping.


Yes, the decor is upside down, it'd been impossible for me to paint it the right way...
And looking at the pics it's so clear where I've used the acrylic paint and where the regular nail polish... I'll assure you: IRL it's not so visible, and it's definitely not visible after I've applied the top coat ;)

Sì, il decoro è a rovescio, ma del resto sarebbe stato quasi impossibile per me disegnarlo dal verso giusto.
Guardando le foto è evidente dove abbia usato l'acrilico (sì Fra, l'ho usato finalmente!), e dove lo smalto... uffa! Vi garantisco che dal vivo non si nota, e soprattutto dopo aver steso il top coat non si vede nemmeno da vicino ^_^

Really cute IMHO, with its light pink base and the two red toned "leaf shaped" spots.
And this is my version:

Davvero adorabile con la sua base rosa chiarissima e i dettagli di due toni di rosso diversi.

The base in Ciao Bella by Faby, the light red is the 036 of Depend Cosmetics' O2 line, which I'll talk about more in details in a next post, the darker red is Gabrini's 326 which I've won at a giveaway.
So... as usual brushes are my enemies, today as if it hadn't been enough... as soon as I started nailarting my hands startend shaking, a problem that occurs to me sometimes, after I've started recovering from the accident... that's the reason of the disaster of this nail art ^_^

Allora... come sempre i pennelli mi sono nemici, oggi come se non fosse bastato, appena iniziato a nailartare hanno cominciato a tremarmi le mani, problema che mi prende ogni tanto da quando mi sono rimessa in moto dopo l'incidente... quindi ecco spiegato il disastro di questa nail art ^_^

Oggi vorrei tornare a parlare di un brand internazionale dedicato alla cura delle unghie: Depend Cosmetics. Vi ricordate la recensione del kit Hand Spa 3 Step? La trovate QUI.
Ebbene, con mia somma gioia, sono stata contattata dal loro distributore ufficiale nazionale

Unfortunately that post was only in Italian, so you couldn't have read how much I've always been in love with such a brand, so difficult to be found that I was totally jealous of my polish-friends in Friuli who can reach it so easily in Slovenia.
Well, at Cosmoprof 2017 I found out that they have and italian distributor and, pay attention... an online store! YESSSS!

Sapete quanto io sia sempre stata super invidiosa delle mie smaltamiche di frontiera per la loro possibilità di reperire il brand in Slovenia, mentre io mi dovevo limitare a guardare le loro unghie...
Ebbene... a Cosmoprof 2017 ho scoperto, nel loro stand, il distributore italiano - occhi a cuoricino - e sorpresa numero 2: lo shop online - bye bye soldini!

O2 Nail Polish Remover - For Dry, Split Nails

INCI
Dimethyl Glutarate, Alcohol Denat, Dimethyl Succinate, Dimethyl Adipate.



It's a remover for nail polish without acetone, specific for dry and fragile nails, that tend to split.
Other than the absence of acetone know for its drying "properties", you can also notice the absence of MEK, a little bit toxic substance.

Si tratta di un solvente per unghie senza acetone, specifico per unghie secche e fragili, che si spezzano.
Oltre a non contenere acetone conosciuto per seccare le unghie, non contiene nemmeno MEK, sostanza irritante e anche leggermente tossica...


For the moment I've tried it a couple of time and I can say that it's a really effective remover.
It's really a lot of time I haven't needed to reapply acetone on the pad more than once to remove polish from the five nails of a hand... well not with this one! Applying the remover once on the pad is enough to remove quickly and easily any trace of polish.

This was a very pigmented pink fluo! And no residues, have you seen the pic?

Per ora l'ho utilizzato un paio di volte e devo dire che come solvente è decisamente efficace.
Non ricordo da quanto tempo per togliere lo smalto da una mano non abbia dovuto rimettere più di una volta il solvente sul batuffolo... ebbene con questo prodotto mi è bastato bagnare il batuffolo una sola volta per eliminare agevolmente le tracce dello smalto.

Questo era un fuxia fluo ben pigmentato. E...zero residui! Avete visto la foto?



I've tried it with foil polishes and the result is stunning as well! I still need to try it with the evil glitter polishes, I'm pretty sure I won't even have to use the aluminium wrap, but I'll let you know!

Ho provato anche con smalti foil e il risultato è sorprendente! Devo provarli ancora con i nostri amici glitter, ma sono piuttosto sicura visti i presupposti che non dovrò nemmeno dovuto usare il pacchetto in alluminio, vi farò sapere!

Scusate ma ho fotografato il retro del dischetto...

You can surely see in the pic above my fingers and nails are shiny.
That's because this remover is slightly oily (which I love), leaving your fingers soft and moisturized, instead of dry like other removers...

Sicuramente noterete nella foto sopra che le mie dita e anche le unghie risultano "brillanti".
Questo perchè questo solvente è leggermente oleoso (cosa che adoro), e lascia le dita morbide e nutrite invece che secche ed opache come succede con gli altri solventi.

Mi è appena venuto in mente che non vi ho mai parlato di Depend Cosmetic!

Depend Cosmetic è un brand svedese su cui sbavo ogni volta che qualche nail blogger del nord-est Italia sfoggia un suo smalto. Questo perchè in zona da me...non si trova nemmeno col lanternino.
Grazie al Cosmoprof, ho avuto modo di provare il loro sistema Hand Spa 3-Step.


Che cos'è questo prodotto?
Si tratta di un trattamento di cura delle mani che esfolia, nutre e protegge la pelle delle mani.
Fa parte della linea O2 con il 30% in più di ossigeno, che aiuta a mantenere sane le unghie (ricordate gli Orly Breathable?).

Ecco come si presenta il kit

Si comincia con lo Step 1 - Il Peeling


Qui potete vedere la consistenza compatta e i granuli:


Si applica sulle mani bagnate con acqua tiepida, si massaggia per 5 minuti (io mi stanco molto prima) e si risciacquano i residui sempre con acqua tiepida.

Si prosegue con lo Step 2 - Il gel idratante


Qui potete vedere la consistenza in gel liquido


Si applica e si massaggia fino a completo assorbimento.

Si termina con lo Step 3 - la lozione setosa


Qui potete vedere la consistenza cremosa del prodotto


Si applica sulle mani e si massaggia. Assorbe in fretta.

Terminata l'applicazione dei tre prodotti le vostre mani saranno super-morbide e vellutate, con un leggero profumo piuttosto neutro.
